The core of AquaGym workouts are high-intensity workouts, which utilize buoyancy, drag, and the resistance of the water to give you an aqua class like nothing else. This class is designed, through modifications, to be tailored to the individual fitness needs of each participant. Specialized equipment will be provided for this class.
